I manage a 25 year old 302 family gated community in Bayside, Queens and have had to, unfortunately, call Balkan a number of times for collapsed waste line and storm drain replacement. The company and personnel are courteous, efficient and expeditious. The last pipe collapse was replaced within 24 hours of my call and in pouring rain. I highly recommend this company. They are truly professional.
